Rajan Pandit is the CEO of Ritushree Investment Nepal, where he leads a diverse portfolio of ventures including hydropower projects, tourism and hospitality services, social initiatives, and the Siddhalek Agro & Research Center. Raised in the village of Nalang, Dhading, Rajan grew up with strong values of integrity, collaboration, and resilience—principles that continue to guide his leadership today.
Holding master’s degrees in Sociology and Development Management, Rajan brings both analytical insight and strategic vision to his work. Since entering the tourism sector in 2007, he has gained extensive experience managing guest houses, providing tour services, and leading treks across the Annapurna, Everest, and Langtang regions. His commitment to service excellence and ethical practice has shaped his reputation as a dependable and mission-driven leader.
